It seems obvious, but it is not that common. The traditional varieties we work with, together with a living and fertile soil, become vegetables with the original flavor, smell and texture of each one. That is why we call them Original Version Vegetables.


We are dedicated to the organic production of vegetables, mini vegetables, flowers, leaves, aromatics and other incredible curiosities that are not easily found.


And you have them in your restaurant within 24-48 hours from harvest.

We love the land, we dignify agriculture

We are Horta de Tramuntana, a small project born from the love of nature and the passion for the land. A land where the Tramuntana has marked our character, the way we work and the space where we cultivate. The Tramuntana is strength, it is fierce, it is resistance. So are we.


We have traveled and learned a lot from small producers who do things very well, and we have brought their systems to our home.
